Technical support Team Leader

Segasec is seeking a Technical support Team Leader to lead our analysts’ team.


  • Manage the entire team’s day-to-day activity
  • Define new processes and KPIs for the team, while enforcing them, tracking them and reporting them
  • Continuously drive to improve the effectiveness of the team
  • Writing and implementing work procedures
  • Oversee communication with our customers
  • Events analysis (gathering information, deriving conclusions)
  • Communicate findings and trends to the management team
  • Mentor and train new analysts


  • Experience in the Security / IT fields
  • Great communication skills in both English and Hebrew
  • Service-oriented
  • Details-oriented
  • Proven ability for hands-on
  • Problem-solver
  • Ability to follow strict procedures, while defining new procedures and enforcing them
  • Strong analytical capabilities, and abilities to present them
  • Strong project management capabilities

  • Experience working in a global and matrix environment- Advantage
  • Experience in customer support roles -Advantage
  • University / College Degree Preferred-Advantage
